Artisans Pedalboard is a real-time guitar effects platform that lets you build complete pedal chains directly on your device. Arrange pedals, tweak controls, save full rigs as presets, and switch between entire signal chains instantly. The system is designed for fast experimentation and structured sound design without rebuilding physical pedalboards.
Instead of focusing on a single effect, Artisans 3D Pedalboard treats the whole signal path as the instrument. You can stack multiple pedals, reorder them freely, adjust parameters in real time, and store complete setups for quick recall.

For best results the app is intended to be used with an external USB audio interface (dongle). Compatible devices should support:
- USB Audio Class compliant (UAC1)
- 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz sample rate
- 16-bit or 24-bit audio resolution
- Direct instrument or line input

- Overdrive (analog-style saturation with tone shaping)
- Fuzz (high-gain distortion)
- Compressor (dynamic range control)
- Delay (time-based echo)
- Reverb (algorithmic reverb)

- Chorus (modulated doubling effect)
- Rotary Speaker (Leslie-style modulation)

The system also includes flexible input and output nodes:

Many compact USB-C guitar interfaces and wireless guitar receivers appear to iOS as standard USB audio devices and will work automatically if they meet these requirements.
