With AutoPiano you can record piano music and convert it to MIDI!
There is also the ability to convert an existing music file on your device.

The resulting MIDI file can be played back and edited in apps like GarageBand, Logic or Ableton Live. 
It includes accurate melodies, chords and even information on how hard a key was played.
