Chartist is a clean, musician-first mobile app for making and reading charts that actually work on a phone screen.

Build charts with chords, rhythm, and melody, then open them in a focused reading view designed for rehearsal, teaching, practice, and live playing. Instead of shrinking a paper lead sheet onto your phone, Chartist lays out the music so the important information stays clear at performance size.

Build charts that match how musicians actually work:

- Create songs with title, composer, key, tempo, feel, notes, and time signature
- Edit chords, rhythm slashes, rests, repeats, endings, rehearsal marks, barlines, text, and layout breaks

Chartist is local-first. You can create, import, edit, organize, export, and perform from your own chart library without an account.

Chartist Sync is an optional subscription that adds cross-device sync and collaborative playlists for bands, teachers, and working groups. The core chart library stays local-first and usable without an account.
