Note: Our Ski Navigator app offers a convenient trail navigator mode with background mode voice prompts for the route on Apple Watch and AirPods/EarPods and iPhone. We are using Apple Watch workout mode (and HealthKit for heart-rate) to deliver voice and text prompts and track your ski exercises during the trails navigation mode only.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
