Bug fixes:
- Fixed train order issues on real-time page in specific circumstances
- Fix issue where some station alerts (like San Jose track assignments) didn't appear in the app
- Fix issue where monthly clipper notifications could only be snoozed once
- Resolve notification-related errors when doing iOS simulator debugging
- System-level alerts now have correct background color for entire screen width
