New Features:
Monthly clipper card notifications!
Automatically remove trains from watched train / train notifications list after a month of them being off the schedule (for major schedule changes)
Automatically remove stations from commute stations/notifications list if they no longer exist
Remove duplicate tiles in "Home Page Customization"
Significantly improve alert experience preventing duplicate alert notifications and narrowing scope of each notification selection (accompanies API change)
Bump minimum iOS version to 15

Bug fixes:
Make code more resilient against "type 'x' is not a subtype of type 'y'" errors
Improve resiliancy of schedule page (fixing errors caused by weird train schedules)
Fix issue that rendered app unusable when Stanford was nearest station
Fix issue where removing a watched train without turning off its notification slider would not turn off notifications
Consolidate duplicated code
No longer throws error when iOS location cannot be updated (invisible to user)
