Corporate Car Sharing service relieves fleet managers of the operational and administrative hassle of managing a fleet without dedicated drivers by providing electronic solutions and programs for ordering vehicles through smartphones. For example, users can book their trip, get approval, knowledge about the availability of the vehicle, all that and much more while sitting in the office. While the vehicle management system via (barcode) will allow users to lock and unlock the doors without the hassle of searching about the key since it will always be inside the vehicle.
Creating a daily record for vehicles, users by storing records electronically, creating users database and printing reports, including but not limited to (number of booking, completed/not completed booking, notifications, alarms, availability of vehicles)
