Driver safety is a priority for us and so is passenger safety too. As we are very present in a digital world, all trips are geo-localized, and details of the driver and vehicle is shared with the passenger and which can also be shared with passenger’s contacts such as family and friends.

We are in business with drivers and we therefore have their banking account details.
We are mindful about verifying the Identity of our drivers and we have files on them which includes:
Driver Identification Document
Professional Driver’s License & Permit
Driver Photographs & Driver Selfies
We also inspect the state of driver vehicles to be safe and check for vehicle roadworthiness as determined and issued by the authorities through:
Motor Vehicle operating License Disc
Vehicle Photographs

Ride hailing is a business transaction between a driver and passenger and it will only be fair and right that the fare for a trip is disclosed to both parties before they both accept the offer.

Every Trip is personal, and drivers are professional too. You decide your payment through cash or card or even through Trust credits that you may have in your wallet.
