How the capture process works:
Connect your smartphone to a supported 360° camera. You can leave the room before taking the picture or use the special dual-shot feature, which captures each camera lens separately. This allows you to move behind the camera without appearing in the image.

Automatic AI processing:
Your 360° panoramas are analyzed automatically. Based on the detected room geometry, the AI creates a detailed dollhouse model and a complete floor plan. All results are reviewed by trained staff to ensure the highest quality.

- We’ve taught the vyu | Cam to detect common light frequencies & filter out flickering waves, resulting in even more brilliant image quality
- Due to the new RED network regulation, we’ve enhanced the vyu | Cam so that firmware updates can now be conveniently installed remotely
- As part of the new regulation, we have further developed the integration with the Ricoh Theta to ensure full compliance with the latest requirements
- The vyu | Cam now includes temperature monitoring that alerts users early if the camera begins to overheat, for example due to direct sunlight
- Before processing, the app automatically checks the available storage on the smartphone and, if necessary, temporarily saves the images on the vyu | Cam
- Time-zone detection when traveling with the vyu | Cam has been improved to ensure recordings are reliably processed in all cases
- We’ve laid the groundwork for agents to create tours even when their quota is exhausted starting in Q1 2026, allowing on-site shootings to continue
