This app can display encrypted photos on your iPad/iPhone.

Swipe from the left edge to bring up the albums list if necessary. Double tap the black screen will bring up the albums list as well. Single tap on any of the album name in the album list will start to display photos within that album.
Swipe left/right will show next/previous photo within that album.
