AcrietBvok is a mobile workbench for rare books and special collections, integrating cataloging, restoration, lending, and collation within a single application. The bottom three columns allow for quick switching between the workbench, archives, and training modules. The collections module maintains login information and shelf metadata; the restoration module tracks preservation cases and acceptance; the lending module manages borrowing, deposits, and overdue risks; and the collation module organizes variant texts, versions, and deliverables. The workbench homepage summarizes key metrics such as the number of volumes, currently borrowed, and under repair, and provides access to data insights and the library tools center, supporting export in CSV, JSON, PDF, and list formats. The training tab provides quizzes and a mistake log for facilitating on-the-job training and standardization reinforcement. Data is organized in a local model, and the interface is instantly synchronized after business changes. The interface uses a parchment-like texture and warm brown color scheme, balancing readability and extended focus. It is suitable for libraries, archives, and collecting institutions as a portable assistant for daily inventory checks and business collaboration.
