1.Secured login for authorized supervisors to access data.
2.Dashboard provides overview status of the complaints.
3.Complaints view provides a detailed description along with request priority and tenant availability that helps supervisors to schedule appointments.
4.Complaint history lets supervisors sort and filter requests based on date, location, contact details and Request category or Request type.
5.Supervisors can rise a material request based on their needs.6.Notification feature gives constant updates on the received complaints and on upcoming requests.
