AIRBUS A220 EQTR (EICAS QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING & RESET)
This new Airbus application allows A220 operators to:
- Visually search by names or fault codes for known nuisance issues documented on the A220.
- Access reset procedure guidance to ensure quick aircraft RTS (Return To Service).
- Link to existing ISI's (In-Service Informations) documentation available (*A220 IETP App required).
Use it on Apple iPad or iPhone (A220 IETP only available on iPad)

The data contained herein is intended to assist troubleshooting only and is not a substitute for Airbus and/or operator’s manuals. Fault correcting maintenance and the aircraft’s “return to service” testing shall be accomplished in full accordance with proper Airbus and/or operator’s manuals.
BRINGING PAPERLESS EFFICIENCY TO LINE MAINTENANCE
With the Airbus A220 EQTR application, Line Maintenance will have instant and updated access to known nuisance issues and reset procedure guidance documented on the A220.
Each time the EQTR Application is open, it will synchronize automatically to the latest Airbus A220 EICAS/Maintenance Nuisance Messages and Troubleshooting Guidance Index published on the A220World Portal at A220World.airbus.com (*Wifi or data plan required). EQTR Application is also available and working Offline, it will automatically prompt you to synchronize online after a certain period to ensure latest data is used(* Period is customizable by Operators).
EQTR LICENSING
The EQTR Application is FOC (Free Of Charge) but licensing is mandatory in order to control data utilization to Airbus A220 Operators and authorized users only. Each operator will assign a company manager responsible to distribute the license QR code to applicable users. User will be required to enter his device name, his company email identification and scan the company QR code to activate the EQTR functionalities. For more details on licensing requirements , please contact your organization company manager.
