Updated the submission queue to skip invalid entries and continue to evaluate the next entry for checklists, FRAT, and battery charges.

Corrected an issue on mobile devices where an error "The Mission Readiness selection is invalid. (mflv5-0149)" could appear after editing a flight log in queue even if no changes to the flight log were made.
