Amber is a Markdown notes app built around folders, fast writing, and a calm reading view.

Headings, lists, checklists, and links are styled as you type, so documents stay readable while the original Markdown remains easy to edit.

Organize meeting notes, plans, journals, and study notes in folders, search across your library or inside the current document, attach photos, and keep working across iPhone, iPad, and Mac with iCloud-based syncing. Built-in tutorials help you get started quickly.

- Document changes are recorded as previous versions on the current device when the document is saved.
- View the full text of a selected version and compare it with the current document.
- Long unchanged sections are collapsed and can be expanded whenever needed.
- Restoring a version preserves the current content as a pre-restore version when necessary.
- Version history is stored only on the current device, not in iCloud.
- Check history storage usage in Settings and choose a limit from 5 MB to 1 GB.
- Older history is compacted into representative minute, hour, and day versions. When the limit is reached, the oldest versions are removed first.
- Expanded the built-in tutorials to nine documents per language, with more guidance for heading navigation, search, version recovery, Trash, and Settings.
- Refined recently added interface text in Korean, English, Japanese, and Russian.
