RetroPhone turns your iPhone into a focused phone for a set period of time. No apps. No notifications. No rabbit holes. Just calls and texts — to the contacts you choose.
HOW IT WORKS
Start a session, set how long you want it to last, and pick which contacts stay accessible. That's it. For the duration of the session, your phone does what phones used to do: lets you call and message people. Nothing else gets through.
A PIN lock keeps the session in place. If you need to stop early, a STOP button is there — but it makes you wait five minutes before it kicks in. That delay is the point. It breaks the impulse without trapping you.

RetroPhone works for anyone who wants to reclaim focused time. Parents use it to set boundaries on their kids' phones. Adults use it on their own — during work blocks, family dinners, or just to get through an evening without picking up the phone every ten minutes.
WORKS GREAT WITH GUIDED ACCESS
Triple-click the side button to activate iOS Guided Access and lock the iPhone to RetroPhone only. No switching apps, no pulling down notifications, no way out — until you triple-click again with the passcode. The app walks you through how to set it up.
