The ART-CTRL app is a great addition to your existing ART-CTRL account. All account levels are supported, from guest to artist. Connect the app to your account once to get quick and easy access to your most important data. Availability of features in the app depends on the access rights of your account.

The app is your companion on the go: Quickly find a Work, Edition or Edition Number. See and edit all details of individual Edition Numbers like availability and price. Edit the content of Sets, Inventories, Events and Orders. View works full-screen, save them to your device, use your favorite apps to send them to your clients.

Quick and error-free communication with the artist: Attach a Memo to a specific Edition Number. E.g.: "Can I get an option on this one?". An email with all relevant details is sent to the artist, and of course the Memo will stick to the Edition Number in ART-CTRL.

If needed you can connect the app to multiple ART-CTRL accounts and easily switch from one to the other. Account access is protected with Face ID/Touch ID/Passcode. App languages are English, German and Dutch. Metric and Imperial sizes supported.

The app requires a one-time fee.

The App does not store data on your device other than thumbnails of works. All other data is stored on the ART-CTRL servers, so you will need internet access while using the App.

The app will send your device's name (possibly containing your personal name) to the server so you can identify the connection. Other than that the app does not collect, store or transfer any personal information. Protection of all data is covered in detail by our no-nonsense terms of service and privacy policy.
