A simple checkbook ledger for those that only need to keep track of one account that they can access from anywhere without Internet.

* make JSON (bcheck) output be more flexible by making type field optional (transactions will be marked as out withdrawal if omitted).
* app no longer encodes type field in bcheck file if type is a withdrawal (this breaks interoperability with the desktop app. See the support link for options or use TSV exports instead).
