Key Features

Workload Slider — Slide to indicate your current operational load: Very Idle → Idle → Slightly Idle → Neutral (no entry logged) → Slightly Busy → Busy → Very Busy. Fast, intuitive input that reflects shift demands in seconds.
Context Tags — Select what influenced the moment:
Lower-load side: Learn, Walk, Organize, Meditate, Network, Clean
Higher-load side: Swap, Groundstop, Desk Spread, Error, Weather, IT Issue
Pick one or more—purely descriptive, no judgment attached.
Notes Field — Add brief details or observations. Press Return on the keyboard to save instantly.
Days Since Last Error — Displayed prominently on the home screen for quiet, factual awareness of stability.
Home Screen Dashboard — View today's workload graph + a summary of your most recent entry (e.g., "Very Busy – 10:53 AM").
Full History — Scroll to "Show All Data" for a complete list of logs. Tap any entry to expand details: workload level, selected tags (comma-separated if multiple), notes, and timestamp. Swipe left on an entry to delete. Use the search icon to find entries by keywords or notes.
Calendar Overview — Access a visual summary of historical logs via the calendar icon.
