The counterfeiting industry accounts for 3.3% of global trade according to the OECD. Many counterfeits look similar to the authentic-brand, but when applied, they can create serious health implications. Inevitably, these consequences have a severe negative impact on a brand’s reputation and, in turn, consumer trust.  Since many consumers are unaware that the product they purchased is counterfeit, the customer will likely blame the authentic company. For this reason, Professional Hair Labs has created the Clarity App TM, providing confidence to not only our consumers but to our clients. Clarity is a product serialization software that helps identify legitimate products, allowing anyone to authenticate, regardless of where they purchase.
