ClockHub is a work-hour app built primarily for pedagogues in Denmark - especially when your working week does not fit a simple 9-to-5 calendar.

Check in and out with one tap, follow your hours for the day, week, month and full period, and stay on top of annual norm, pay, overtime and workplaces.

TIME TRACKING THAT STAYS SIMPLE
• Check in and out from the app or the widget.
• See your active session, today's hours and daily goal on the Home screen.
• Quickly undo a check-in or check-out if you tapped by mistake.

MADE FOR MULTIPLE WORKPLACES
• Create several workplaces and keep hours, pay and rules separate.

ANNUAL NORM FOR SCHOOL PEDAGOGUES
• Choose School Pedagogue (annual norm) and split the annual norm into public holidays, vacation, sixth vacation week, pedagogical hours and core-task hours.
• Use school-year presets for public holidays or enter your own values.
• See hours remaining in the school year or in a custom period.
• Use partial employment if you start or stop in the middle of the calculation period.
• ClockHub counts Danish weekday public holidays automatically and shows whether you are ahead, behind or on track.

PAY AND OVERVIEW
• Enter monthly salary and let ClockHub calculate hourly pay from the annual norm.
• Use a manual hourly rate if you want to override the calculation.
• Save salary changes per month, so previous months keep the correct rate.
• See estimated earnings, monthly target, remaining hours, overtime and weekly breakdown.

INSIGHTS AND HISTORY
• Review hours week by week and month by month.
• Get visual day and week views of logged shifts.
• See patterns such as typical start time, work days, average hours and weekly rhythm.

PRIVATE SYNC AND BACKUP
• Work-hour data is stored on your device and can sync through your own iCloud account with CloudKit.
• Export and import a complete backup as a file.
• Danish and English are supported.

NEW
• Guided tour: new users get a walkthrough of the app's key features — replay it any time under Settings → Help → "See the tour".
• The monthly report (PDF/CSV) now includes a full pay overview: base salary, overtime in kroner (OK26), supplements and expected gross — ready for your union or employer. On iOS 26 the report opens with a short written summary, generated on your phone.
• Write your shift in words: "yesterday 8-16 at Solsikken" — the app interprets and creates the shifts after you confirm. Everything happens on the phone (iOS 26).
• New icon and sharper privacy: all analytics SDKs removed — only ad serving (with consent) and your own iCloud touch the network.
• Events: pick your union and local branch, and jump straight to the up-to-date event list with sign-up at BUPL, SL or PLS.
• Substitute? New work setting for hourly-paid staff in 24-hour care: the app calculates every supplement (evening, night, Saturday, Sunday, 8.11 %), pension on supplements and holiday pay — and shows your expected payslip line by line so you can catch errors.
