CoagulantDurationApp is built to plan sludge handling and track chemical cost in a simple way. It converts coagulant usage between kg/day and mg/L using the sludge flow, so dosing checks become quick and clear. The app calculates coagulant cost per day and also shows total chemical cost per m³ of sludge and per ton of DS. It estimates sludge feed flow from pump rate and run time, then converts that into daily volume. It also projects weekly and monthly sludge volume so you can plan storage, hauling, or processing. Using flow and TS%, it calculates DS load in kg/day and TPD. This helps operators link pump operation, sludge volume, DS load, and chemical cost in one view.
