CulturalFitness is an enterprise app that makes raising organizational EQ a habit. Using emotional intelligence workouts, we help leaders and individuals remove the emotional intelligence blind spot that evolved out of the industrial era, a time when workers became interchangeable parts, and schools taught people to think, but not to feel. In the new world of work, people are the most important competitive weapon, and emotional competence is a vital skill. Unfortunately, Emotional intelligence (EQ) remains a blind spot because people are still not being taught what EQ is, and how to use it as a tool.

Our CulturalFitness app is here to help everyone raise their emotional intelligence so people get the best out of one another.
