Demo Agency Custom Candidate App:

This app is for recruitment & staffing agencies who want to have a custom (own branded) candidate/employee app. Once you have downloaded the app - you will need to contact Demo Agency in order to obtain a demo logon for the app and also a demo logon for the Demo Agency system

YOUR OWN BRANDED APP:
One of the most important things an agency has to do is to build its brand in its marketplace and so as ex-recruiters it never made sense to us that our clients would want their candidates to download and install the “Demo Agency” app.
It’s far more logical that recruitment agencies would want their candidates to download and install their branded custom app from the Apple or Google app stores.

APP FUNCTIONALITY INCLUDES:

Your candidates and employees (i.e. casual, contractors, on-hired) can download your agency’s app and do the following;

Manage their Details (e.g. contact details, profile pic, employment sought)
Manage their Emergency Contacts
Manage their Compliances (e.g. licences and certificates)
Manage their Files (e.g. resume, references)
Manage their Settings (e.g. change password, enable In-App messaging, newsletters etc)
Manage their Availability (e.g. set availability status, max travel distance and shift preferences)
Manage their Jobs - (e.g. see details of future, current and past jobs - including pay rates)
Clock In/Out of shifts
Submit Timesheets
Download their Payslips (also function to lodge a pay query and message sent directly to payroll department)
In-App Messaging (e.g. get notifications and messages from your Agency and send messages directly to their consultant via the app)


HOW TO GET A DEMO:

Once you have downloaded the DemoAgency app - contact RecruitOnline. From here we will do the following;

Set up a “Recruiter” demo logon - so you can logon to the RecruitOnline system as a Recruiter and see how the app interacts with the system.
Set up a dummy/test candidate record so you can use the app as a candidate and see how it functions
Contact you to arrange a time to demonstrate both the RecruitOnline system and the DemoAgency candidate app to you
