EasyTalent candidate app makes is convenient for you to get screened and interviewed on the go.
It gives you the flexibility to take your screening interview or assessments from the time and location of your choice. Your prospective employer will send you a ‘unique’ test key, which looks like ‘6QAE0J’. This key will validate you and allow you to enter your assessment/interview.
Prior to your main interview you will be given an opportunity to practice and polish your interview skills.
Tips for a successful video interview
1.Select a quiet place with a clean and light colour background
2.Check the lighting of the area where you are recording your video
3.Make sure your phone is fully charged
4.Close any other programs/applications that might interfere with your interview
5.Ensure that you have a good signal and your internet speed is optimum
6.Read instructions carefully before starting your assessment/interview
7.Position the front of your camera and hold it parallel to your posture
8.Take time to construct your answers while recording your interview questions
9.Observe your body language and be wary of your expressions while answering your questions
10.Dress appropriately to make your first impression a lasting one for your employer
