Fierce Writer has only one simple rule: if you don’t write anything in 10 seconds (or even 5 seconds), everything you’ve written before will be totally erased. Also, copying is disabled until you finish the writing session.

It forces you to keep writing and helps you overcome procrastination.

The traditional system 2 writing trap: While writing, most time we try to use system 2 thinking. It is slow and analytical, making us constantly asking ourselves, "Is this word perfect?" and causes writer's block.
