FishbowlToGo lets you easily find and view items from Oracle WebCenter Content on your iPhone. Additional premium features include workflow review, check-in, and native file access.

Basic App Features:

• Search for content by title, author, content ID, and full-text
• In-app viewing for common file formats including PDFs, Microsoft Office files, images, videos, and web content.
• Email items or open-in other apps to view or edit
• View basic Document Info (metadata)
• Add files to “Favorites” for fast access
• View your Workflow Assignments
• Fishbowl AutoConnect technology allows easy connection to Oracle WebCenter Content

Premium App Features (Requires Content Server Component):

• Workflow Review: View, approve, and reject workflow items
• Native file download
• Check in photos from your camera or photo library
• Check in files from other apps such as email attachments, notes, or presentations
• Customize mobile check-in profiles for common upload tasks like event photos, invoices, or receipt captures

Supported Environments:

Any WebCenter customers can download the app and point it at their Content Server. It currently supports these environments:
• Oracle WebCenter Content 11g, 12c or 14c
• Basic, Forms-Based, or OAM Authentication (Single-Sign-On is currently not supported)

Note: The app only works if it can reach the Content Server. If your organization requires an internal network connection or VPN for access to WebCenter Content, you may need to use the VPN client on your device in order to connect.
