Citizens in the City of Bluefield can now submit a service request directly through their smartphone. Once a request is created a work order number is assigned to the request and is routed to the appropriate department within the city. Once the department resolves the issue, you will be notified through your phone or email that the task has been completed. Please note that police and fire issues require a call directly into the department.
