SMART SUGGESTIONS:
Gapper considers three things when suggesting activities:
· Gap length — a 5-minute gap gets a breathing exercise, not a 30-minute workout
· Your energy level — low energy? We'll suggest a podcast. High energy? Let's move.
· Your preferences — enable only the categories you care about
ACTIVITY CATEGORIES:
· Health — stretching, breathing, quick workouts, meditation
· Learning — reading, flashcards, language practice, podcasts
· Productivity — journaling, planning, email cleanup, quick reviews
You can also add your own custom activities with your preferred duration and energy level.
YOUR TIME, YOUR RULES:
Set your own work hours so Gapper only looks for gaps between, say, 9 AM and 6 PM — never suggesting you fill time at midnight.
