With Group SMS Lite you can send an SMS text message to a group of contacts. Group Email has been added in version 1.1. Groupe SMS est idéal pour envoyer vos vœux de Nouvel An à tous vos amis et à votre famille!
Group SMS Lite will send the SMS using the mobile operator of your iPhone. The costs of the SMSs will be charged by your mobile operator under the terms of your current text messaging plan.
If a group contains 12 contacts, you will be charged 12 SMS. Of course, if you have an unlimited text plan with your mobile operator, you will not be charged.
Group Email is always without cost.
Group SMS Lite will show you the groups that are defined in the Contacts app of your iPhone or iPod. Although you cannot create groups in this app or the Contacts app, you can create groups in the Address Book of Mac OS X, or in Outlook on Windows. Create and configure your groups in the Address Book on the Mac or PC and then sync your iPhone.
The artwork of Group SMS Lite is optimized for iPhone 4’s Retina display.
On the iPod touch or iPad you can use the Group Email feature, but not the Group SMS feature.
Group SMS Lite shows iAds and requires iOS 4.
Group SMS Lite is localized in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.
