GuestMaster is a mobile app that facilitates only permitted guest entry and exit in your community. This two way encrypted application allows secure communication between residents and security officers in the form of incidents and notices.

RESIDENT APP
The resident app allows residents to manage their expected guests, and digitally notify the security of authorized guests. It allows you to receive a notification on your device when your guest has arrived, and even securely leave a message for the security about your guest, for example if they are leaving a package with the security on your behalf. In the resident app it makes it more convenient of any community notices or incidents all within your app.
SECURITY APP
No more manual log book, no more not knowing if a person is authorized to enter the premises. GuestMaster takes care of all of that. With GuestMaster the security officer will have a digital list of all authorized guests for entry, and if someone is unauthorized they can securely send a message to the resident through the app. Incidents are now recorded digitally and communicated in real time to property management and residents.
