Added the ability to receive a delivery without any issues with 1 click. Just select the delivery from the delivery list (or scan a carton associated with the delivery) click the 1-click delivery receipt and all cartons will be received and the delivery receipt will be complete.

Added the ability to view installation instruction videos and resolved several minor issues associated with delivery receipt and recording delivery issues.

Automated installation instruction refresh functionality so the installation instruction search represents the current set of data.
