How's work? Sometimes without that question, it's tough to stay productive.

How's Work is perfect for people needing that extra boost to stay on task, especially now that so many people have changed work environments. Are you finding yourself spending 20 minutes changing the music? This app can help you stay productive or at least hold you virtually accountable for not doing anything.

-Choose a work profile or make your own.
-All profiles have a timed sprint.
-At the end of the sprint, you will be asked to submit "evidence" of your work. Don't worry! The work you submit in the app is only for you to see and reflect on. You can also use your submissions as a progress log.
-Some work profiles have preset sprints you need to commit to; others are variable.

You don't need to commit to a specific work objective. Instead, you are the judge of your own effectiveness with a thumbs up or down rating system. Regardless of how you do, you get a successful score as long as you check back in on time.

Finally, remember to be honest with yourself. If you did nothing at the end of a sprint, you should mark it as a failure. Some say acknowledging your mistakes is the best way to improve!
