The Intapp application provides secure mobile access to Intapp’s leading solutions: DealCloud, Time, and Risk & Compliance (Intake and Conflicts).
The DealCloud product helps users stay on top of their day-to-day tasks while out of office, providing access to information beyond just what's available at your desk, with dashboards, views, and template reports optimized for on-the-go consumption.
Time in the Intapp mobile app serves as a companion app to Time Web that enables AI-powered intelligent timekeeping on the go. Enter time accurately in seconds using Dictation and Quick Add*. Ask Intapp* to obtain intelligent insights, figures, or activity summaries. Combine Siri and biometrics to get from authentication to accurately save compliant time entries in seconds. Create more Compliant Narratives using Fix Restricted Words** directly from the Time Entry Form, and enter time from anywhere on-the-go using Offline Mode and Conflict Resolution regardless of your internet connection. Access to Time Web is not required. To coordinate your firm's enablement, raise a support ticket at https://support.intapp.com/ requesting that Time in Intapp Mobile is enabled for your tenant, and specifying the tenant(s) where these changes are to be made.
The Intapp Risk & Compliance solution makes it easy to manage client requests and related workflows, review and resolve conflicts reports, initiate conflicts quick search, and access client and matter data.
This app requires access to an existing DealCloud, Time, or Risk & Compliance cloud environment.

DealCloud:
- New Search: Dynamic ranking and phrase support for faster, personalized results.
- Cleaner Layout: Headers now use overflow menus to maximize vertical screen space for data.
- Visual Enhancements: Improved widget density and reduced clutter for better scannability.
- Celeste Preview: DealCloud with Celeste is now available for early preview in the Intapp app.
- Email Sync is now available for Intune-enabled clients.
This update introduces several enhancements to the Intapp Time mobile experience:
- Timers are now available in Time on Intapp Mobile, fully consistent with the Time Web and Desktop experiences. Timer templates, groups, and color categorizations — including legacy color support from the Desktop — sync across all platforms, so your setup carries over wherever you work. Use floating timers that stay accessible anywhere in the app, when the app is closed, or from your lock screen. Start new or existing timer templates hands-free with Siri voice shortcuts, and continue interacting with timers offline with all changes syncing automatically once connectivity is restored.
- Phase, Task, and Activity (PTA) code predictions are now available in Time on Intapp Mobile. After selecting a client and matter and entering a narrative (minimum five words), tap "Suggest" to auto-populate predicted PTA codes, with the option to accept or manually override. Codes are also automatically predicted for entries created with Quick Add.*
