IntellyAccess is the application that transforms your smartphone into a recognition and identification device allowing you to register and log in by simply scanning a QR Code in front of a tablet or a physical printout.

The IntellyScan access control solution - of which IntellyAccess is a part - allows the user to enable the most appropriate recognition mode by registering, using and processing their personal data directly in the app.

Any visitor, by downloading and installing the application on their smartphone and without registering, will be able to scan the QR Code of a location or resource, thus validating a reservation after entering the relevant code.

Visiting users will be able to:

- Enter a reservation directly from the online booking platform.

- Scan the QR Code received via email to validate your access independently in front of a tablet or manually by a control operator.

- Enter the PIN Code received via email to validate your access independently in front of a tablet or in front of a printed QR Code location or resource.

- Send the door or turnstile opening command (where present) after having registered the entrance.

What should you do if you want to use IntellyScan for your organization or company?

- Download IntellyTablet (app currently only available for android devices) and create a free trial account for your company.

- Download IntellyAccess and register your users by entering the company identification code displayed on the tablet app after the company name at the top left.

- Start recording access and attendance of customers, visitors and registered staff.
