Add products with names, descriptions, barcodes, quantities, low-stock thresholds, prices, suppliers, and photos. Adjust stock in a tap and see updates synchronize across authorized accounts.

BUILT FOR COLLABORATION

Invite employees by account email and decide exactly what each person can do. Owners can grant or remove privileges for viewing inventory, adding or editing products, adjusting stock, managing suppliers, inviting people, and managing access.

SUPPLIERS AND CONTACTS

Keep supplier names, contact people, email addresses, and phone numbers beside the products they provide.

PHOTOS AND BARCODES

Scan a barcode with the camera. Add a product image, view it full screen, then crop, rotate, or reposition it without leaving the app.

KNOW WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION

See low-stock and out-of-stock items at a glance. Optional local notifications can remind you when a product first reaches its minimum quantity.

YOUR DATA, READY TO SHARE

Export a complete storage as CSV or a formatted Excel spreadsheet. Send it with the iOS share sheet or save it to Files for use in Numbers, Excel, Google Sheets, and other inventory tools.

SECURE, CONVENIENT ACCESS

Your session is stored securely in the iPhone or iPad Keychain, so you stay signed in after restarting the app. Inventory is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is limited by storage membership and owner-selected privileges.

Inventory Manager requires an account and an internet connection. A web version is also available for working from a computer.
