This Mobile app enables “Kubota customer” / “Dealers” and “Kubota India as a company” to view their machines (Harvester) related information on their mobile. Information displayed on mobile app will be viz. 1. Engine coolant temperature, 2. Air filter restriction pressure, 3. Engine On-Off hours, 4. Threshing On-Off hours, 5. Fuel consumption (Liters / Hour), 6. Battery voltage, 7. Location with Geo Fencing, 8. Service alerts. This shall help Kubota harvester customers in India to better manage / utilize their machines (harvesters) by accessing this data from a remote location.
IOT - Internet Of Thing. By making use of IOT device with GSM Data Sim card & sensors attached to the machinery the data is collected and uploaded to cloud server located outside the country and the data is sorted for displayed in a website protected by user name / password.
Customers can see it on their internet enabled mobile phone via app or a computer and the dealers / Kubota employees can see the same in password protected web-page.
By taking a paid IOT service the customer can understand the usage of his kubota machinery. Customer can optimize his machinery usage by looking the data in his mobile.
By providing the machinery with the IOT device - Kubota will also be able to monitor its machines remotely for service and maintenance purpose. Machine monitoring data may help Kubota to understand the customer usage pattern in different areas.
Since this IOT device needs internet connectivity to do its intended purpose ; any disruption to GSM signal may cause temporary loss of communication and data.
All data shown by device is best possible indication of machine usage. Exact data can not be correlated or compared with any other machine / device nor it can be used for any warranty claims by customers.
