LiftingCycleTime helps you estimate how long each lifting cycle will take so you can plan work better. It calculates lifting speed and turns it into hoisting time for a given lift height. It also measures trolley travel time and bridge travel time based on distance and speed. Then it combines these values to give the total cycle time for one complete lift move. With that, you can estimate average lifts per hour and overall crane productivity. The app also includes start/stop frequency to understand how often the crane is changing motion. Acceleration time and deceleration time are added to make the timing closer to real operation. This helps teams set realistic targets and reduce delays on site.
