The new MobileTime application allows Worley and ECR users who submit timecards via GBS, to enter timecards using a compatible mobile device.
Replicating basic functionality from GBS time entry, users can complete timecards on the go – on the road, in the office or out on-site. Some great features include:
•Complete, copy or review timecards
•Save default timecard as a favourite
•Add timecard entries offline and submit when connectivity restored
•Simple text search to find projects without memorizing project codes
•Two-way synchronisation keeps GBS and MobileTime up to date – giving the same information on both the App and GBS
•Approvers can action timecard approval notifications from their mobile device
•MobileTime enforces existing GBS time entry controls, such as project and task transaction restrictions and minimum/maximum timecard hours
•and delegation rules created in GBS for timecard approvals will be supported
