This mobile application is designed to simplify employee attendance management by allowing workers to record their work hours directly from their mobile devices. The system enables employees to check in when they start work and check out when they finish, while automatically capturing and sending their current GPS location to the employer or management system.
When an employee begins their workday, they open the app and perform a check-in action. At this moment, the application records the exact time and geographic location of the employee using the device’s GPS services. This ensures that the attendance record is accurate and confirms that the employee is physically present at the work location.
Similarly, when the employee completes their work, they perform a check-out action within the app. The system again captures the time and current location, creating a complete attendance record for that work session. Both check-in and check-out data are securely transmitted to the employer’s system or administrative dashboard in real time.
The application helps organizations monitor attendance more efficiently, especially for field workers, remote employees, or staff working at multiple locations. By including location verification, it reduces the possibility of inaccurate reporting or proxy attendance.
