The Openings Studio™ App is designed to manage door openings at all stages of a building project. Available for all smartphones, the Openings Studio™ App allows building facility managers and contractors to quickly document existing openings, perform compliance checks on fire, smoke, and egress openings, and complete punch outs for new construction. All information is synced to Openings Studio™ and accessible from the desktop, the mobile app, and field applied Smart Tags.

The app is available in an off-line mode, allowing users to sync information when they’re ready via cellular or Wi-Fi connection. All information is stored in the cloud, accessible anywhere for building owners, facility managers, contractors, maintenance, and service professionals.

Our new Offline Mode was built to keep you moving on-site, even in areas with poor or no connectivity. We've also updated our inspection issue codes to streamline inspections, created in-app registration for easier access, and added version info on the loading and login screens to help with support.
