IHH WOS is a service provided by IHH SG Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) to provide a platform for raising work requests on the go.
Key Features:
-Work requests can be raised to functions namely Facilities Management (FM), Environmental Services (ES), Bio-Medical Engineer (BME) and Security.
-Work Requests can be raised in less than 1 minute
-Option to attach photos or videos, taken on the spot or load up from Photo Gallery
-Ease of reporting on near miss cases
-Status of work requests can be tracked real-time at every stage from start to completion
-Performance rating (optional) can be awarded for completed work request based on the quality of service rendered
