Account Security. Users will be notified if his/her account logged in from other devices. It will reduce the risk of credential leakage and further protect clients’ data.
RIR Data Auto‑fill in Audit Form. TELUS RE pro will implement an additional configuration, reps will no longer be presented with a Yes/No choice; RIR data will be populated in Audit form immediately after mobile devices received the recognition result and notify user a message.
Displays. Add a "Select All" option for reps in the mobile app — allowing them to simply tap a grey tick ball above the "Available" and "Price" fields to select all items at once.
RIR Dashboard Actions. The RIR dashboard will show relevant actions if the SOS for client’s own brands in a subcategory falls below the target set in the backend.
