Most timers are just a single countdown. Pose Pacer is a session builder.

You stack it up yourself — gesture warm-ups, long poses, breaks, transitions — each one a timed module with its own name and duration. Hit Start and the app takes it from there. It announces each module when it begins, dings when it ends, and moves on automatically. You never have to touch your phone again.

It works when your screen is locked. It keeps running during phone calls. Lock it and walk away — the ding will still fire, and when you come back the display jumps to wherever the session actually is.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Build a session from any combination of poses and breaks
• Name each module — "Gesture warm-up," "Break," "20-minute pose"
• Add a lead-in countdown so the model has time to settle before the clock starts
• Set a verbal warning — the app will speak when a module is almost over
• Save sessions as presets and run them again anytime
• Pause, skip, or stop mid-session without losing your place
• Adjust volume, voice announcements, and chime sounds from the menu
