Remind yourself to stop and pray.

When do you find yourself most tempted to mindlessly scroll through your phone? Use that time to set up your notification to stop and take a moment to sit with God.

Prayer is better. Better than shopping. Better than social media. Prayer is simply better. It is a powerful gift from God. He loves it when we use it. Prayer is our love language to Him.

Pray focused.

When your notification pops up, use that to focus your eyes and heart onto God, for He tells us “because you have focused your love on Me, I will deliver you. I will protect you because you know My name.” Psalm 91:14.
