Challenge In Mail & Package Distribution:
Provide Contactless mail and package pick up at the mailroom counter
QTrak Contactless Pick Up Kiosk
Recipients approach Kiosks and swipe id card or taps card for RFID
Packages to be picked up display on both the Kiosk, the mailroom user’s QTrak App, and Smart TV that can access a specific URL
Mailroom user retrieves packages and places them on the counter
Recipients swipes id card again to confirm delivery
