An online Portal/Dashboard developed for real time management of key tasks and activities of an organization for information sharing, efficient decision making, monitoring, & cross functional learning.

Goals & Objective
•To clear assign responsibility of the key officials of an organization for the key tasks and activities in a time bound manner with smooth flow of information
•Timely completion of all the key tasks and activities within an organization

Functions-
Steps followed for Dashboard monitoring
1.Tasks are noted from the meetings by the Dashboard Team which is finalized by the Head’s Personal Staff
2.The tasks finalized consists of Task Subject (Issue, Action or Decision), Task Coordinator (TC), Officer Responsible (OR), priority and deadline for the task
3.The task is entered in the Dashboard Portal by the Dashboard Team after which an email goes to the concerned Task Coordinator and Officer Responsible
4.Once the task has been created the concerned officer (TC or OR) can regularly update the task from their login account and close it once completed
