PILOT QUICK LINKS
Editable launchpad with eight preselected operational links (NAT Tracks, FAA NOTAM, US Airspace Status, Eurocontrol, OPSGROUP, Nav Canada CFPS, AviationWeather.gov, CBP eAPIS) plus six placeholder rows for operator-specific URLs (Scheduling, Maintenance, OEM Portal, Logbook, Flight Planning, Charts).
DIRECT AIRDROP / FILE SHARING
.safaprofile (SAFA inspections) and the new .safaflights extension (CO₂ flight bundles) now route directly into SAFA+ on AirDrop, Mail, and Files tap. No more "Open with…" picker on the receiver. After import you land inside the SAFA checklist for the imported profile automatically.
SMART-MERGE IMPORT
When a received .safaprofile matches an existing operator and tail you already have, SAFA+ asks Merge / Import as new / Cancel. Merge keeps both sides — last-writer-wins per item by updatedAt, attachments union, Record of Revisions union.
WIND CORRECTION CALCULATOR
Its own dedicated tile inside Cockpit Tools. Standard wind triangle plus East/West magnetic variation and ± compass deviation, all on one screen. Compass-card 0–359° inputs with out-of-range protection.
ROLL PHOTOS INTO ONE PDF
Available on every inspection item, "Inspect for" sub-bullet, and Appendix topic. Each attached photo becomes a US-Letter page in a generated PDF that lands in your evidence bundle.
SHARE WORKFLOW POLISH
Optimized share now shows a "Preparing…" heads-up alert and on-screen spinner so the sender knows the photo re-encode is in progress. Hyperlink entry no longer collapses mid-keystroke when you type the dot. AirDrop is recommended in every share path — no file-size limit, no chooser on the receiver.
RELIABILITY FIXES
Cold-launch race conditions eliminated — no more spurious "subscription not active" alert or paywall flash before the imported profile loads. iCloud-resident file imports run on a background thread with a "Downloading from iCloud…" overlay, so the app stays responsive and never hangs even when iOS takes seconds to materialize the file.
