Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?

The dashboard has been completely redesigned! Everything is now organized into cards: today's shift, weather, next shift, weekly progress and stats — all visible at a glance, no scrolling needed.

The other big addition is the monthly calendar: expand and collapse with a gesture, swipe between weeks and months fluidly. If you've used Apple Calendar, you'll feel right at home.

I also squashed several bugs:
- A rare crash during iCloud sync
- A crash when deleting all shifts in a week
- The widget disappearing after a shift started (now it stays!)
- Wrong weekday name in the widget for certain timezones
- Weather icon on the dashboard now shows current conditions
- Shifts displayed correctly on the dashboard across all timezones
