Smart Blasting App is a blasting application developed to meet the operational requirements of a blasting life cycle. A single app that collects blast parameters on your phone and later synchronize/transfer it to a server or a desktop computer. The app also allows to get your blast design from server on your mobile, capture variations in the fields and later synchronize it to server

The app calculates the impact on the environment caused by blasting activities in terms of Air/Ground Vibrations and Flyrock thus analyzing the environmental hazards before a blast leading to overall operational efficiency. The app also does fragmentation prediction by estimating the fragmentation size before the blast is performed.

ï Ability to collect detailed blast data in the field.

ï Ability to capture actual data of individual holes, such as water depth, blockage, position, diameter, stemming height, etc.
ï Ability to view blast clearance zone on a map at the users' location.
ï On-site predictors: Predict Flyrock, Air, and ground Vibration on a map at the blast location.
ï Avail Advanced Analytics associated with blasting based on data collected.
ï Collect blast details, GPS locations, Photographs / Video and time of the blast in the field.
ï Synchronize to a central blast database cross all your mines.
ï Share best practices and notifications between your blasting team/colleagues.
ï Blast approvals: Get pre-blast approvals in-app from various people in the organisation.
