This app provides a platform for Grundfos customers and Associated Service Partners to seamlessly interact on their Service requirements.



As a Grundfos Customer, you can

-Create a Service or Installation request

-Maintain your inventory of pumps to quickly raise a service call

-Identify the Service Partner nearest to you, to attend the request

-Keep tab and be notified on the progress of your Service handling

-Interact with the Service Partner/Service Engineer

-Rate the service and provide feedback

As a Service Partner, you can

-Maintain your team of Service Engineers, and assign Service requests

-Interface with the Customer – call, respond back on the requests

-Be notified on all discussions between Service Engineer and Customer

-Search issues, monitor Assigned/Active issues

-Interact with Grundfos Services team
